Host your next party in Historical Elegance.
Your evening may begin with an open premium-liquor bar and cocktail reception with a selection of butler passed hors d’ oeuvres. After the cocktail hour you and your guests may sit down to a three-course dinner, with choices in each course from our prix fixe menu. House red and white wines are offered during the meal and your dinner will conclude with your choice of dessert or special occasion cake served with coffee or tea.
Private reservations can be made available at One if by Land, Two if by Sea for larger events of up to 130 guests for a seated dinner or 200 guests for a cocktail party. Our sound system can pipe live or recorded music into all three rooms.
We do provide tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, china. All you need to do is plan a menu and few other details and leave the rest to us!
